Frequently Asked Questions

Theresa is proficient in many techniques and may incorporate any number of them to address your specific needs at the time of your session. Here are some of them:  Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, postnatal, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, pin and stretch, aromatherapy, reflexology, trigger point, acupressure, massage cupping, stretching, sports massage.

Don't get too overwhelmed by the massage names. Theresa will discuss your current needs with you before your session and craft a personalized treatment. 

It depends. Typically, 60 minutes allows for a full body massage or monthly maintenance. 90 minutes allows for a full body massage with focus on 1-2 problem areas. 120 minutes allows for deeper work and more relaxation. If you don't receive regular massages and you have the time, consider scheduling 90 minutes. 

No. Theresa is a solo practitioner and able to accommodate only one client per appointment time.
