• 24 hour notice is required when canceling an appointment. Failure to give adequate notice or "No Shows" are subject to full payment or forfeit of gift card. 
• Kindly reschedule if experiencing symptoms of communicable disease, common cold, Covid-19, flu or infection. Service must be denied if you arrive sick. Full payment of the session is required. 
• Late arrivals: your session may be shortened to accommodate the appointment following yours. You are responsible for payment of the full session.
